MANAGEMENT
Lace Couriers is managed and operated by Karima Mazari, who is also the owner. With 22 years experience in the airfreight industry, she is responsible for the everyday management of the business. She started her career in 1982 with Ace Haniel as a domestic airfreight clerk and in 1987 moved to Ace Express as a sales consultant. Here she gained all the neccesary experience to perform all major airfreight duties and was subsequently promoted to Marketing Director's assistant in 1991. In 1993 she started Euphrates Consultants cc with three other members, offering independent freight consultancy regarding the handling of cargo.Since then, Karima has attended a number of management and marketing skill courses, offered by South African Airways and other academic institutions.

In terms of the Close Corporation Act of 1984, Lace Couriers cc was incorporated as a registered South African business in October 1995.
